The 80187 is a rather late coprocessor designed to support
the 80C186 embedded processor. It was introduced in 1989 and
implements the complete 80387 instruction set.
This co processor does not support 80C188 and NMOS
80186/188.
The 80C187 executes all 8087 floating point instructions. In
addition
to these instructions it includes 10 new instructions.
This co-processor is very
hard to find and highly collectable!
